Vision - EENI Global Business School

Masters Adaptation to each Market

Educational Adaptation Strategy to each market of EENI

An example of adaptation to Nigeria.

Adaptation strategy of the Bachelor and Masters

One of EENI Global Business School strengths is the ability to adapt and customise the training offer of Online Bachelors and Masters to 180 countries.

Only by this way we can meet the students needs around the world, and therefore help them to find a better job.

It is very difficult for a traditional university to achieve this strength.

Adaptation of Training Programs to each market (Traditional University, EENI)

Adaptation each country EENI Global Business School

The Adaptation-level will depend on each student, country, and training program. EENI Global Business School defined 180 countries adaptation profiles.

Almost all of these subjects are available in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese.

An example of adaptation for a Nigerian student learning at EENI

A Nigerian student (Africa) who wishes to learn International Business at EENI can study four types of subjects:

1- Global Subjects

All those that serve to any student of any country: Incoterms, Letters of Credit, World Trade Organisation (WTO), etc.

2- Regional Subjects

All those common to all the African students: African Union (AU), New Partnership for Africa Development (NEPAD), African Development Bank, Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) as well as the leading regional programs (African green growth, plan to boost intra-African trade, etc.).

Also, the subjects on International Relations of Africa with India, China, European Union, BRICS countries, Japan, Turkey, South Korea, or the United States (AGOA).

3- Sub-regional subjects

Nigeria (West Africa), as well as being the first African economy, is the main economy of the West African Economic Area, consisting of Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.

All these countries tend to regional economic integration. Thus, Nigeria is a member of:

  1. West African Monetary Zone (WAMZ)
  2. Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD)
  3. Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS)
  4. Niger Basin Authority

Also, a Nigerian student should know the role of the West African Monetary Institute (IMAO), the West African Development Bank (WADB/BOAD) or the ECOWAS Development and Investment Bank (EBID).

4- Local Subjects of each Market

All those subjects related locally with Nigeria.

A) Top Nigerian business men and women.

  1. Nigerian Businesswomen: Folorunsho Alakija, Hajia Bola Shagaya, Tara Fela-Durotoye, Folake Folarin-Coker, Adenike Ogunlesi, Amina Odidi

  1. Trans-African Transport Corridors: Lagos-Mombasa, Djamena-Nigeria-Djibouti, Trans-African Highway Algiers-Nigeria-Lagos, Transahelian Highway and the Dakar-Lagos Corridor.
  2. Nigerian Ports (Lagos, Apapa, Port Harcourt, Onne, Rivers Port, Tin Can Island...)

c) Trade relations with its neighbours

Subjects about Doing Business in Benin, Chad, Cameroon, and Niger.

d) Nigerian personalities

Wole Soyinka (Nobel Prize for Literature) or the historian Akin Mabogunje

Also, EENI Global Business School will have Nigerian professors and scholars, such as the leading Nigerian entrepreneurs (both Muslim and Christian), as well as an authority from the Nigeria Investment Promotion Commission, the Port of Lagos or the Nigeria Customs Administration.

Given the particularity of Nigeria (50% of Muslim population, mainly in the north, and 50% of Christian population in the south), the Nigerian student could study the subject “Islam: business and ethics” if he were a Christian, or the subject “Christianity: business and ethics” if he were Muslim.
